You were having problems? We ate so many last fall, we had to stop. I was so tired of them!

Yes! I was so bummed out when I couldn't find them. I've really missed baked sweet potatoes straight from the oven and don't get me started on sweet potato fries...But the search is over now. I was so excited, I ate all of them for breakfast!
I spent DAYS searching for sweet potatoes right around Christmas!
Your delight reminds me of the first time I lived in England about 17 years ago. Butternuts (or butternut squash) couldn't be found anywhere. I walked into a Jamaican grocers one day and found them there. It was so exciting!!
These days, you get them in every supermarket in the UK.
