It looks good--I'm baking bread today as well and it really makes the flat smell good.
Could you please kill the music on the blog? I tried to find a pause button, but I couldn't--it didn't mix well with the music I was currently playing.

What do you think of Bjork...Does she mix well with your music?
I actually made plain white American style white bread. Every once in awhile I have the urge. Mine is denser than wonderbread but less dense than the typical german loaf.
I thin, music wise, the thing that annoyed me is that i couldn't find a way to stop the music and it just kept coming. Today I saw a pause button...
As for mixing with my music--my music is too random and too psychotic to be easily matched. Unless, of course, Bjork happens to be at the top of the list.
