Traditioneller Käsekuchen
Last week, I made a Himbeer Käsekuchen (raspberry cheese/cake) and G informed me that it wasn't real Käsekuchen. He wanted me to actually bake a traditional Käsekuchen. Hard to please, right? Well, here it is - my first real cheesecake, albeit a Fruchtiger Käsekuchen (fruit cheese/cake)!

It must be really good because G has been eating slices for breakfast. It's very creamy and the cherries give it that extra something special. I have to admit, I never thought I would be able to bake a cheesecake - I am so proud:)
